How We Work
Prior to commencing a service, we will conduct an audit with you and create a personalised cleaning service and checklist for staff to follow. All clients will receive a copy of all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) of chemicals we use on site and Public Liability Certificate of Currency for your records.
With each visit, we will provide a completed checklist, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), police check of staff attending and a communication sheet detailing any issues that may have arisen.
All Melbourne Cleaning.Co services include the following:
- Mopping, vacuuming, and/or sweeping of all floors.
- Sanitizing of all frequently used surfaces and equipment.
- Wiping down Countertops, sinks, benches, Desks, computers and chairs.
- Anti-bacterial cleaning of toilets, urinals & sinks.
- Internal window cleaning including window sills, blinds and curtains.
- Rubbish removal.
Additional fees may be incurred with steam cleaning, mowing and garden maintenance.
